Lunchtime Wander

Boring Presentation

We’ve taken to walking for half-an-hour, after lunch, each day. Just a bunch of colleagues taking the air, with nowhere to go, for a change of scenery. The exercise value is minimal, and the sojourn with nature virtually nonexistent, but it makes the afternoon seem better somehow. And, I’ve noticed, I don’t get that post-prandial doziness that used to dog my afternoon meeings.
