Get Around To It

bed

I had been threatening to buy a new bed for as long as I can remember. The one we were sleeping on was inherited from my first wife’s granny when we were married, circa 1985. It was far from new then. I’m guessing it must be at least forty years old now.
So we went to Living Woods in Lincoln and blew £800 on a new oak bedstead and mattress. We also replaced all of the bedding: quilt, quilt covers, pillows, pillow cases, sheets, mattress protector, the lot. What a difference it makes to each night’s sleep. Oh, the luxury! Why oh why did I not do this sooner?

Well it sounds like you’re getting your £800 worth. Rest well! 🙂

And now you can stop wondering why you have woken up a crotchety ol’ bugger all these years, right? 😉

I will be pleased to read your thoughts, even if you don't agree.
